As the World English Dictionary tells us, a gladiator is
somebody who fights for or against a cause. As your attorney,
Troy W. Prichard will do just that on your behalf. Though
negotiated settlement is generally the best
and most efficient method to resolving disputes, if this course
of action fails, then Troy will fight for your rights like the
gladiators of Roman times.
Our office is dedicated to serving our clients’ needs and
obtaining for them the best resolution to their cases. We
will provide an honest and straightforward analysis of your
case and the law governing the case. This does not necessarily
mean that we will tell you what you want to hear. As a matter
of fact, many times the legal process is disillusioning for
those caught in it. What we will provide to you is an honest
professional opinion about the appropriate issues of your
case, and then we will fight for your rights.
Troy has many years experience in criminal law (state and
federal), child abuse and neglect, civil litigation, and many
