glad-i-a-tor [gla'ddee 'aytdr} (plural glad-i-a-tors) noun
  1. fighter in Roman arena: a professional fighter in ancient Rome who fought another combatant or a wild animal in public entertainments set in an arena. Often gladiators were criminals or enslaved men who were equipped variously with nets, nooses, swords, or other weapons.
  2. avid supporter or campaigner: somebody who vigorously fights for or against a cause or actively campaigns for or against something.
[Mid-16th century.  From Latin, formed from gladius "sword."]

As the World English Dictionary tells us, a gladiator is somebody who fights for or against a cause. As your attorney, Troy W. Prichard will do just that on your behalf. Though negotiated settlement is generally the best and most efficient method to resolving disputes, if this course of action fails, then Troy will fight for your rights like the gladiators of Roman times.

Our office is dedicated to serving our clients’ needs and obtaining for them the best resolution to their cases. We will provide an honest and straightforward analysis of your case and the law governing the case. This does not necessarily mean that we will tell you what you want to hear. As a matter of fact, many times the legal process is disillusioning for those caught in it. What we will provide to you is an honest professional opinion about the appropriate issues of your case, and then we will fight for your rights.

Troy has many years experience in criminal law (state and federal), child abuse and neglect, civil litigation, and many other types of trial work. He is a certified mediator and court-appointed arbitrator. Troy also has experience in dealing with high profile cases and the media, including local, national, and international media of all types. He currently has and maintains contact with many newspapers and television networks.
